Your content and responsibilities

• You must have the right to publicly share every submitted album, photo, video, Apple Notes note, and attachment.
• Do not use Foli for unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
• Anyone with a public link may view it. You are responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for public sharing.

Share links

Previewing does not require sign-in; saving drafts and publishing public sites do. Saving a draft does not automatically publish it. Previously issued anonymous shares keep their original 24-hour deadline, after which names may be reused. Signed-in links may persist, but they do not certify ownership of source content, a name, or a trademark.

XXM Studio LLC may restrict, suspend, or remove links and accounts for security, abuse, legal, or operational reasons.

Third-party services

Foli uses Apple iCloud and Cloudflare. Foli is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Third-party availability and terms are controlled by their respective providers.

Beta service and limitation of liability

Foli is currently a beta service and is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, media quality, permanent links, or protection from data loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XXM Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
